  • FTSE JPX Blossom Japan Index

    Since 2019, we have been selected for inclusion in the FTSE JPX Blossom Japan Index for the leading ESG indexes developed by FTSE Russell.

  • FTSE JPX Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index

    Since 2022, we selected for inclusion in the FTSE JPX Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index developed by global index provider FTSE Russell.This Index is widely used to create and evaluate sustainable investment funds and other financial products.

  • S&P/JPX Carbon Efficient Index

    This index was jointly developed by S&P Dow Jones Indices and the Tokyo Stock Exchange. It is composed of TOPIX constituents. The weighting of component stocks is determined based on their environmental information disclosure status and their level of carbon efficiency (carbon emissions per revenue). Our company has received the highest evaluation of "1" in the decile classification.

  • MSCI Japan Empowering Women Index (WIN)

    We have been selected for inclusion in the MSCI Japan Empowering Women Index (WIN) , which is promoting and maintaining higher levels of gender diversity among their workforce, with high financial quality.

  • “Kurumin” certification from Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare

    Companies that meet certain criteria, including assisting employees with raising children, are certified by the Min-ister of Health, Labor and Welfare and are able to use the “Kurumin” logo on their advertising, products, and other media.

  • Certification as Company Promoting Women’s Participation by City of Nagoya

    This is a program that certifies companies engaged in initiatives to allow women to shine in their organizations and that presents awards to companies with particularly outstanding initiatives in this area.

  • Health and Productivity Management Corporation 2026

    We have recognized as a "Health and Productivity Management Corporation" by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI). This certification is to approve companies with excellent "health management" initiatives that consider and strategically practice employee health management from a managerial perspective.

  • Human Capital Management Excellence 2025

    The Company was selected as Human Capital Management Excellence 2025 in the Human Capital Survey 2025, jointly conducted by the HR Technology Consortium, HR Soken (ProFuture, Inc.), and the Human Capital and Corporate Value Enhancement Research Institute.This survey evaluates and recognizes companies that demonstrate a high level of implementation in human capital management and related information disclosure through quantitative analysis.
